Hey guys (and ladies) as many of you will know, i’m working closely with male professionals who struggle with their belly fat and low energy and want tips, solutions and more to get rid of it and feel better about themselves in general.
Well I decided to take a deeper dive to establish how much of a problem is this here in Australia, and from recent data, approximately 75% of men from the age of 45 and above are classified as overweight or Obese (Australian Institute of Health and Welfare). For men between 30 and 50 is slightly lower on 74.5%.
DID YOU KNOW there is a link between belly fat and low energy in numerous ways? For instance, belly fat can contribute to sleep apnea which is a condition that interferes with your general sleep during the night, resulting in feelings of exhaustion in the day. Gaining insufficient sleep can significantly impact on your energy levels.
